Thanks for trying out the cupcakes, and I’m so glad they turned out great. For a cake, I would keep the temp. at 350, and start checking for doneness at 40-45 minutes. I’m guessing two 8-inch cake pans will work. Hope that helps!

I did 350 for 36 minutes in a 9×13 glass pan… worked pretty well, though the middle fell a bit – never actually had that happen to me, so that was weird. I’m not much of a cake baker, so I don’t even know what to do about that. I covered it in the icing and no one could tell!!
